Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure any appointment. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once your appointment is booked, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Because this time is held specifically for your session, it cannot be offered to other clients. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Each appointment may be rescheduled a maximum of two times. After the second reschedule, a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be accepted and will be treated as a cancellation. Cancellations & No-Shows If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend, the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are not refundable for any reason. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full basic service fee a $70 the reserved appointment time. (piercings only) This fee compensates for the time that was blocked and could not be offered to another client. Failure to pay any outstanding balance may result in the inability to schedule future appointments with the studio. Agreement By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
